 Funeral Arrangements for William Kelehear Jr

Driver/Operator Billy Kelehear

All arrangements have been finalized for Driver/Operator Billy Kelehear's funeral.

The visitation will be on Thursday May 21, 2008 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Waters Powell Funeral home on Dargan Street. Dress for Windy Hill members will be the departmental Class C uniform (short sleeves, no tie). Windy Hill's President Allen Walden has cancelled the business meeting for that night. Windy Hill members will meet at station one at 5:00 pm so we can be at the funeral home before 5:30 pm.

The funeral will be on Friday May 22, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Waters Powell Funeral Home on Dargan Street. We will meet at station one at 9:00 am, Windy Hill members need to be at the funeral home by 10:00 am. We will be taking W-2, the little support truck and the pick-up truck. Billy Kelehear will be transported in the little Support truck to Florence Memorial Gardens on Cashua.

 Pine Street Mobile Home Fire
Fri. Feb 12th 2009
Windy Hill Fire Rescue was dispatched to a mobile home fire with smoke and flames showing. Responding units observed heavy smoke from miles away. WHVFC units arrived on scene to find a single mobile home on fire about 70% involved. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
